So delicious, fun, flavorful, fresh and adventurous!!!! We went for two spicy broth options, Mongolian Herbal and Tom Yum. Our favorite was the Mongolian, so many flavors and spices!! Beware, if you don't really like spicy, don't go the spicy route. I think my only suggestion would be for the veggies to be labeled, but that's a challenge with changing varieties. I

Really clean upscale hot pot with various soups. Had spicy satay and mushroom soup. Both were great. Light on the salt it's there for you to mix all the flavors you'd want. So I go heavy on garlic cilantro and onions. No crab available but everything was frozen but still good. Mixed my mushroom with crawfish, shrimp, and clams. Seafood broil New England style. Other satay side was beef pork and lamb. Both had fresh bok Choy and white cabbage. Very Taiwanese place playing TV Taiwanese songs.

Review during pandemic: Went to lunch yesterday with the fam and it was better than before the pandemic! Still lots of seafood options for lunch; calamari, head-on shrimp, mussels, clams, crawfish, fish pieces... lots of fresh veggies, fish balls and noodles. Today I tried the sour tomato broth instead of my usual miso and I'm so glad I did! It was tangy and fresh tasting with the pieces of cilantro in it. I hardly needed any dipping sauce. I think I also drank like 2 bowls of the broth. I had a good variety of veggies and seafood - even had half a plate of the sliced beef and everything was just so yummy. The beef looked real fatty but once you cook it in the broth the fat melts away and the meat is super tender. I also liked how they have the heads on the shrimps, I like to suck on the heads; it's so flavorful! The corn was super sweet today and the kobucha was also really fresh and sweet. Overall, a great lunch. Oh the fruit/dessert station was closed for lunch, not sure about dinner. But honestly we were so full that we couldn't really eat any more. We usually would grab a slice or two of the fresh oranges when it was open so it's not really a big deal.

I don't know what other AYCE hot pot places the other reviewers have been to, because this place deserves 5 stars. Incredible comforting Mongolian herbal broth made a wonderful savory base for our lamb, beef, crab legs, rice cakes, udon and ramen noodles, a slew of mushroom varieties, greens, and fun fish balls and dumplings. So much variety to choose from and no wait since you get to "shop" the food yourself. This was a true hole-in-the-wall gem and I am so glad a friend recommended it to me. Will be my go-to place next time I am looking for "Vegas buffet" that won't make me feel gross afterwards. Really healthy way to get your fill! Make sure you check the hours before you come in because they are closed between 3-5 as they switch from lunch to dinner. My only minor complaint is there is no default signature sauce and as someone who doesn't know how to cook it was really hard to figure out the right combination. Maybe instructions or a container with a signature sauce would help!
